ACE Startups

ACE was a sea of knowledge, incredible people and plenty of business vision. I got to drink straight from the source of the most innovative methodologies in Brazil's startup market and became sure I was on the right path.

The first project we built was the MVP of Mynnovation, an innovation project management software that applied a methodology created by ACE itself. Built with Laravel and Vue.js, it was used by large companies such as Natura, Grupo RD and BTG Pactual.

We then built "Projeto Tsunami", an e-learning platform where I had the pleasure of leading the tech team for the first time — and we delivered it in just 23 days! But the credit isn't mine alone: I had the help of two developers, and the whole ACE team rallied to get all the content scripted, recorded and edited, ready for deploy, on that record timeline.

That project was the beginning of what — after a beautiful rebranding and new features such as the "Investment Portfolio", which helped our portfolio managers follow their startups — became Growthaholics for Startups! A content hub about startups, sharing all of ACE's expertise with the entire market for free!

We also had Mynnovation Ideas, which made creating and approving ideas inside large corporations more dynamic, kick-starting new projects. It complemented what we called the "Mynnovation Suite", covering innovation projects from idea to execution.
