Whaticket

Whaticket is a company operating across LATAM, with the challenge of growing consciously while fostering a workplace focused on the mental health and quality of life of its people. Its product is chat management software focused on making customer service simple, accessible and efficient.

We built an organization that drastically reduced technical debt, along with a bug-resolution process that not only lowered the SLA but also cut the incidence of bugs in a way that was extremely significant for the team.

We got stakeholder approval for key visual changes to lower barriers to entry, increase users' perceived value and bring more modernity — and, of course, refactor what needed refactoring.

We also started spreading a product culture, building important bridges with the customer support teams.

But the most impactful part was organizing the development operation, putting together a solid product strategy tied to a long-term vision, and a very well-organized team capable of tackling the company's challenges.
